[solved] Sound is only one frame

I followed the directions:

-Create a sound layer
-Name sound layer
-Add keyframe
-Select audio file
-Imports into project as a single frame and there is no sound

I also tried:

-Import sound
-Create sound layer and name it
-Select audio file
-Imports file into project but only as a single frame with no sound

I’ve had this problem and I’ve tried making new projects. I uninstalled then reinstalled the application. This problem persists. Thank you in advance.

@dragon752kat I’ll record a video to show you some possible causes to the problem you’re having and their solutions. If after following these steps you still can’t import sound, please let us know.
