well i just got into a new computer and downloaded pencil2d a second time but when i get into it something is missing which is a MSVP140.DLL file. i reinstalled it and im still getting the same problem
Have you tried the suggestions others have got? It is a frequent question and is answered here: Not opening, help :( (MSVCP140.dll Missing)
If that doesn’t help, please search the forum with “MSVP140.DLL missing” as keywords.
