@Miguel5402 As I remember it, the following is happening:
You have a non-transparent background layer. The onion skin is drawn behind this layer!
It is a bug, and it is taken care of, but until the next release, you have to make the bg-layer invisible. You do that in the small gray dot, to the far left of the timeline.
