Hi there, I’m new to pencil2d so, hi! What I would like to do is import a video and trace over it in a separate layer, the end result being just the traced frames. Could someone give me some advice on how to do this?
You can import video and trace it onto a Bitmapped or Vector layer. Also you can overdrawn onto a video you have imported!
A friend took a short extract of a Ron Disantis campaign video and then replaced the GOP lapel badge, with a smug looking cartoon ‘pig’ face.
You start by using the video import option and then you trace the shapes using the brush tool. You must have the background of the trace layer, set to transparent and the trace layer onto of the traceing layer.
