I had trouble running jan 2016 versions on my win 10.As Matt said I installed Visual C++ 2013 and everything works fine.TKU!!
@giannijk Thank you for letting us know, so did you install Visual C++ 2013 Editor or just a redistributable package? This is actually important. I’m glad it worked for you though!
I’ve simply installed the redistributable package of Visual C++ 2013 !!
