Is there a way to rotate a layer without affecting the other layers? I have a background photo, and a line drawing on top of that, so two bitmap layers and a camera layer. I want to rotate the line drawing, but everything I’ve tried so far also rotates the backing image.
It looks like you can scale and move but not rotate, which is fine. If true I can stop looking for the feature.
@dthompson55 Hi. You have to select the drawing using the Select Tool, then use the Move Tool (Black Arrow) and press CTRL + Click & Drag inside the selection.
