I want a circle and line tool a ratio and bit more things

Welcome, Pro_Harsh! There is a line tool, but when it comes to other shapes, I understand that those are often the features asked for. A developer of the software can tell you if that kind of feature is in order. The line tool is on the tool menu with the other brushes and the shortcut key should be βYβ. Try that.
Yes this is one of the features requested very often. There is currently nobody working on implementing this, however it is in our roadmap to add some feature like this. Some people have used a large brush or pen tool as a workaround for creating circles. For more complex shapes, you can make and save those shapes in an external program and import them as needed.
