From the menu -> Windows you can bring all the panels back.

i use mac ok? and it really isnt working and i do not know what you mean by that
@townfounder If you’re on mac, goto the top-bar and select “windows” from there you should see “Reset windows” at the bottom.
Even on Mac you can still find a Windows menu. Use you eyes and carefully read my words please!
If Pencil2D is in full screen, drag the mouse up to the very top of the screen. The menu bar should appear. then click on the word, Windows. Go down to the bottom of the menu that pops out and click reset windows. That should fix your problem.
