I had Pencil2D running on my PC with a project file loaded!

I attempted to upload the project, as running on Pencil2D at the time of the attempted upload.

The upload function, at the bottom of this window resulted in a message telling me that the file could not be found.

I had saves the project on disk, so I closed it and when I repeated the above operation, the file was successfully uploaded!

Why did this happen?

I can’t reproduce that issue. When the file is already saved to disk when you try to upload it you shouldn’t see errors like that even if Pencil2D is still running. I can’t say what exactly went wrong in your situation.
