Can this situation be rectified?
You seem to have two pre-existing user accounts here, @animator_elisa (created just over a year ago) and @AnimatorElisa (created in 2021). Are you sure you didn’t just use the wrong user name or email address to sign in?
Can you please delete the account https://discuss.pencil2d.org/u/animator_elisa this was created in error.
