Happy Christmas to all Pencil2D Folk

I was talking with a friend about pausing, in the sense of pausing a computer program or commands to a package such as Pencil2D. The pausing process checks to see if the input is legal.

We talked about pausing sentences in our English lessons too. Something not done in modern schools?

We might say the furry dice stroked the man. But we thought about a ‘Star Wars’ environment, where the European speech order didn’t apply.

The sentence sounds a little strange, but not confusing because it is still obvious that the two furry dice are stroking the man.

It’s nice to talk, even when one is off pest!

A grammatically stimulating post. Merry Christmas!

It stems from a post on YouTube, by Nottingham University, titled ‘Yoda Speak’ it’s all about Pharsing an input sentence. The word order is as used in pre medieval English!
