[GUI] Swatches tools and options together

The tools and options are for me “essential” for drawing. Alone, the swatch “options” looks awkward and wastes only important room on the screen. when they were together on the same swatch, the screen would look cleaner and better.

The then empty “options” could later be used for more advanced options.

You can select, which colour tools you want to be displayed, in the Preferences menu.

I am sorry, i probaly meant the wigets not the swatches.
