@comeCaca Hi. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the software. You can download it at https://pencil2d.org
Also, to restore the panels to their default state, inside the program go to the menu option Windows > Reset Windows or make sure you check the Timeline option (shortcut: CTRL + 6)
