FYI for anyone else coming to this thread. We allow users to post animation made with other software as long as they explicitly say which one they used, or in which quantity they used it along Pencil2D.
User jali j has been posting Flash animations ever since I can remember (literally for years), so we basically know it’s made with Flash, and they always post it on the title
