Exact licence ?

Hey @chchwy, do you know which is the current licence of Pencil2D ? I saw it is GNU, but which one ? And also : is the software “stuck” to the version of GNU the old software was build with, or is it evolutive ?

Well, this is what I can choose on Ohloh :

Pencil is release under “GNU General Public License v2.0 or later”,
It’s written in source code.

But I don’t know which exception (Bison or Font) should choose.
