Error when exporting

please help my problem. i try exporting my animation n display a box message error . how to fix it.

@niz Hi, welcome to the forum. When dealing with these kind of problem it’s important that you copy the contents of the error box and paste it into the forum so the developers can verify what kind of issue your file is having.

Additionally we would ask you to share your file so we can reproduce the issue and speed the troubleshooting.

For now if possible please compress the file into a ZIP file and share it with us so we can try to reproduce the issue. I hope you can also copy & paste the error text as well.

i am beginer for this software…after i try making simple animation, i try to export video and the error box like this appear. please help me …

Videos exported in the mp4 format must have an even width and height. I recommend double clicking on the camera layer and reducing the width and height to the nearest multiple of 2. This will crop a pixel off your image, which is better than changing it in the export settings where the entire image will be stretched slightly and degrade in quality.
