Eraser tool non-functional

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Try to use the ctrl+shift shortcut to erase something.

  2. Whenever you select the eraser tool, the cursor looks like the move tool (but does not erase or move anything).

Operating system:

Windows 8.1 Pro (on a Surface Pro 2)

Debug window

edit: I don’t think the inserted image is working… Just got to http://imgur.com/CJLK1L4 to see the debug window screenshot.

After button mashing using ctrl and shift and ctrl+shift… It seems to have righted itself

The debug window after it started working can be seen at: http://imgur.com/cfQw85U
