Dynamic Control Size is not working (?)

The Dynamic Control Size is not longer working here (windows 8.1)
It worked OK when I open Pencil2D for the first time.

Not sure what I did to bring this situation. Does anyone have experienced this?

@kaiko make sure you have it enabled in preferences. I can’t seem to reproduce this, works fine here.
