Display section getting stuck in a corner of my screen

My display section got stuck in the up right corner of my screen and I cant move it even when I move the pencil2D frame. closing and reinstalling both don’t work5

Have you tried the menu: Windows - Reset Windows?

OMG I looked on the window tab and at the keybinds but I overlooked this button THX.
