@184TheArchitect Hi, whenever you have an issue we recommend first to use the search box (top right corner magnifying glass) to find previous similar topics as there are various common problems that have been solved in previous interactions with other users.
This error is actually very common for Windows users, but it’s related to a component deficiency that is characteristic of Windows Operating Systems and it affects a lot of third party software, not just Pencil2D.
