Animate my ready made vectrorized avatar

I have vectorized file avatar

can I animate it in Pencil, like moving arms, turning head sideways, mouth moving or anyway “flashing” in white so it looks like Im talking. is that possible in Pencil 2D,

@amp.se Hi. Right now, It is possible to animate it in Pencil2D but not as a vector file. You would need to convert each part to bitmap.

Personally if you’re using a vector file it might be better for you to use a specialized vector animation tool like Synfig https://www.synfig.org which can import vectors and interpolate the different parts.
