A SAVE CONFIGURATION FOR ALL SETTINGS
Implementing a save preferences option as a fast way to re-load a specific interface/settings, for a specific purpose.
If we are intending to paint some still image, them we are going to get the pencils, brush, colour palette, etc. settled as we like.
If the intention is to make some animations, so let us build our preferences with a specific timeline layers (I like the idea of starting with at least 3 bitmap layers and one camera. All already named BACKGROUND, LINES, PAINT/RENDER, camera), a specific interface with all panels disposed for a better workflow within the animation.
