# Remapping Rotation key (ctrl) to another key

Hi I just downloaded pencil2d and its been great so far. I just wanna know how I could remap the Ctrl key used for rotation to my right mouse button. I don’t have a keyboard when I animate so i’d very much like to know. I’m okay with changing the program files but I dont know how

Hi @Teaviie It’s not possible to rebind actions that rely on modifiers (ctrl, shift, alt), these are fixed.

You would need to recompile the program with the appropriate changes to make it happen.
