Problem Installing Nightly Build

I have a problem trying to install the Nightly Build. For some reason, when I try to click the hyperlink to the latest Nightly Build, all it does is lead me to a webpage that just plain says:

Not Found

The resource could not be found.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7996808/Pencil.exe <-- This is the webpage that keeps showing the error message

I use Windows, and thus why I tried to follow the download link, but it just keeps showing this each time. Am I doing something wrong?

@chchwy Thanks for adding date to the filename; it removes all doubt about whether or not we have the latest.
