I’m getting frustrated it still wont open because msvcp140.dll is missing what do I do? everytime I delete it and reinstall it it says the same thing. very frustrating.
@heathmich3333 This is a common problem that is caused by certain files not being installed on your computer and we mention it in Troubleshooting section of the downloads page. You need to double click and install vcredist_x64.exe or vcredist_x86.exe inside the Pencil2D folder and then it should work after that.
