The difference is that the Register Layer wouldn’t move when the Camera Layer did.

This would allow a background to be placed on it. The drawings, for example a walk cycle could then be placed on another Bitmap layer. Using the Camera Layer in this way it would facilitate the production of motion tweets.

I like the idea. This would be especially useful for running, walking, and other traveling cycles. :smiley:
