I want to know if there was a way I could import audio such as sound effects and voice acting in my animations, thanks.

@LILOOF Yes, you can go to File > Import > Sound > and you can browse for WAV and MP3 (LAME encoded) files

You can create as many sound layers as you want, but we recommend that you do your final post production work in a dedicated video editor, however you can definitely import sounds into Pencil2D

Currently we don’t support scrubbing but this will come in due time, so if you need scrubbing the video editor can help you get any accents that are not clear when using Pencil2D
