ISSUE

When adding a new frame, the new frame is added as it should and the tool I was previously using before that action is still selected correctly.
When Duplicating a Frame, the new frame is added correctly but the MOVE (Q) tool is selected instead.
It happens on bitmap and vector layers and behave the same way no matter the tool already selected before the duplicatingFrame option is applied.
