Hello , I am getting the error :-“The program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-11-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.” even after , when i have already installed the C++ visual application comes with the software package.I tried with some ideas got from google , like re-register the .dll file but did not work. Please help with suggestions. Thanks

This happened when you restarted your computer, yes? This happened to me too. I found that pinning Pencil2D to my desktop fixed it.
